Topic: Change runtime dinamically and manually

Is possible to change the runtime dinamically and manually?
I'm having problems with flash runtime in some files, and the problems seems to be random. I get a #2032 IOError (I submit the bug here: https://github.com/moxiecode/plupload/issues/303).

and I want to, at least, permit the user to change the runtime if flash doesn't work well for him.

Is possibe to do this?

Thanks!

Re: Change runtime dinamically and manually

I'm afraid currently it is not possible. Coming version will be more flexible.

Re: Change runtime dinamically and manually

Thanks davit, anyway, I'm doing that in this way now:

uploader.destroy();
uploader = crearUploader(runtime here);

basically, destroy the uploader, and create it again with a new runtime, it's not elegant but I think is working.

@enridp, yeah that works for sure wink

Re: Change runtime dinamically and manually

I have manage to do this without needing to recreate the uploader, you can do it via query string, after redirection or page refresh, in my case I did page redirect wink

// General settings
runtimes : getQuerystring('runtime'),
url : 'test.aspx',
max_file_size : '1000mb',
max_file_count: 20,
chunk_size : '1mb',
multiple_queues : true,
preinit: attachCallbacks,
