I'm trying to use a drupal product with a pluploader on selinux.  Something seems to be grabbing ownership of the file while it is still being build and disrupting the upload.  This causes the upload to fail with a permission denied error. 

I'm looking for some ideas on what could be blocking the pluploader before it has finished uploading the entire file.
