Topic: Bought Support, No Answer

We just purchased an OEM + Support package, and have no information about where email support is offered.  We've written info@ and both principals of Moxiecode with no replies yet at all.   Is everything ok?  Where are we supposed to go for OEM email support?

Sorry for late reply, you should have gotten a notice of the support email address.

We are looking into moving all support users into a proper ticket system very very soon.
